Centria Autism in the United States is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training. You should be patient, compassionate, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable with movement and basic physical demands.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work as part of a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Must be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision.
