Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and comfortable in a team environment; role involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team environment and be reliable.
• Willingness to learn and follow BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
