Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Patient and compassionate, able to work well in a team.
• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Document progress and support data collection as directed.
