Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, following individualized plans under a BCBA. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods, while maintaining a patient, compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Training is provided. This role includes physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving between positions; pay ranges at $18–$24 per hour with benefits and

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with autism or related roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans under a BCBA.
