Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role requires patience, compassion, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. We provide comprehensive training and accommodate various physical demands as you support kids to reach

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years old.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support activities and adapt to needs under BCBA guidance.
