Centria Healthcare in Michigan is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under the supervision of a BCBA, applying evidence-based strategies to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. You should be patient, reliable, and comfortable moving and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily care.

Formación

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid certification and TB test (if you haven’t had one in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to monitor progress and adjust plans.
