Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one behavioral interventions under the supervision of a BCBA. You will learn evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills, while maintaining safety and comfort for the child.

Training is provided to empower you to make a meaningful impact daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Must be able to move and assist children up to 50 pounds.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain them.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain safety and documentation as required.
