Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to help children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients under a BCBA, implementing individualized plans and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Training is provided; candidates should be patient, team-oriented, and committed to making a positive impact on each child and family. The role may involve physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Able to work well in a team setting and communicate effectively.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
