Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a Massachusetts setting. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA, and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and expect you to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Must have patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA guidance.
• Need to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Assist children in staying safe and engaged during activities.
