Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in Cambridge, MA. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Qualifications

• Be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test (within last year).
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent support for each child.
