You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.
• Physical ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Assist with daily routines, including moving and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team to evaluate progress and adjust interventions.
• Ensure the safety of children and manage challenging behaviors calmly.
