You will use evidence‑based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and compassionate, able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence‑based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support family goals.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training and safety procedures.
