Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social and daily living skills. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

Position requires physical ability to assist children up to 50 pounds and stamina for active tasks; wage is $18-$25 per hour with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to work with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow guidance from BCBA.
• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test; background check required.
