Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA guidance. You’ll implement individualized behavior plans, teach communication and daily living skills, and help reduce interfering behaviors. Training is provided, and the role involves physical activity and direct client interaction.

Pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 18+, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Background check clear
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Support learning of communication, social, and daily living skills.
