Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under a BCBA supervision. You’ll use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Training is provided, no experience required. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team; the role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• One-on-one support implementing behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Ability to move and assist children up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one sessions under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized intervention plans.
• Document progress and communicate with the BCBA and families.
