No prior experience is required—comprehensive training is provided. We value patience, compassion, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if not current).
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and assist children up to 50 pounds with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children; implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with team and participate in comprehensive training.
