Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum under a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patience, and dedication. Training is provided; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain required certifications after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test
• Background check required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
