Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role focuses on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques. You will receive comprehensive training and be part of a supportive team that values patient care.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Participate in comprehensive training and stay engaged in ongoing learning.
