Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one interventions guided by a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.

You do not need prior experience; we provide comprehensive training. You must be patient, compassionate, and able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to obtain TB test per policy.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate under BCBA supervision.
• Maintain safety and assist with lifting when needed.
