Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under the supervision of a BCBA, employing evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role requires resilience, teamwork, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Training is provided, and there is potential for growth within the Structured career path at Centria.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and able to work in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test within a year.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA to deliver evidence-based techniques.
