Centria Autism in Stayton, Oregon is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.

No experience required; comprehensive training provided. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to collaborate with a team. Starting pay range is $19–$20 per hour, with compensation adjustments based on qualifications, performance, and seniority.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Candidates must obtain a RBT Certification from the BACB

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children and families as part of a dedicated team.
