Job summary

Centriaautism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work directly with children with autism. This role involves implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Ideal candidates are passionate, patient, and enjoy working in a team.

The position requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training will be provided, and the pay range is between $19 and $25, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with children.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Work with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Manage children who can be unpredictable.
