Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification post-onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach children communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
