Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team for 1-on-1 treatment in home-based settings, collaborating with BCBAs to implement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation with ability to commute to work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on the individualized treatment plan.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans alongside the BCBA.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with physical tasks during sessions to engage children aged 2–15.
