United Care Applied Behavioral Analysis PLLC in Denver, CO is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children with autism in a structured, skill-based setting. This is hands-on experience in behavioral health and child development.

This role offers flexible scheduling around classes, paid training toward RBT certification, ongoing supervision from BCBA, and opportunities to build real clinical skills and a resume edge for grad school.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any setting is valued.
• Reliable and able to follow through on tasks.
• Strong communication skills with kids and caregivers.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with a child with autism in home or community settings.
• Receive ongoing supervision from a BCBA who will guide and mentor you.
• Learn and apply ABA principles to support behavior and skill development.
• Help children develop communication, social, and independence skills.
• Use de-escalation and regulation strategies to support behavior.
• Support development of executive functioning (planning, transitions, routines).
• Teach and reinforce positive daily living skills.
• Track behavior and progress data to inform coaching and outcomes.
