Job summary

United Care Applied Behavioral Analysis PLLC is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one‑on‑one with children with autism in structured, skill‑based settings.

This role offers hands‑on experience in behavioral health, child development, and real‑life skill building, with supervision from a BCBA and opportunities toward RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable and able to follow through on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with a child with autism in home or community settings.
• Receive ongoing supervision from a BCBA guiding clinical skills.
• Learn and apply ABA principles to support communication, social, and independence skills.
• Use de-escalation and regulation strategies to manage challenging behaviors.
• Track behavior and progress data to inform coaching and planning.
