Job summary

United Care Applied Behavioral Analysis PLLC is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism in a structured, skill-based setting. This is hands-on experience in behavioral health and child development, not babysitting.

Flexible, part-time roles during college years with more hours in summer; gain mentorship from BCBA and pursue RBT certification with paid training. Opportunities to grow in the field and build a resume.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any setting is welcome.
• Strong communication and ability to connect with kids.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual with schedules.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with a child with autism in home or community settings.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA to build clinical skills.
• Learn ABA concepts and support communication and social skills.
• Track progress and help with data collection.
• Support executive functioning and daily living skills.
