Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will implement individualized plans under the supervision of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

You will receive comprehensive training and be part of a dedicated team. The role requires patience, compassion, and teamwork, with a pay range of $19–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required within 45 days of onboarding.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test (if not on file in last year).

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Deliver evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and communicate with families and supervisors.
