Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and expect you to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. The role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and meeting onboarding requirements

Qualifikationen

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification after onboarding.
