Centria Autism in Dimondale, MI is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will learn evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and implement individualized behavior plans under supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to support each child’s goals.
