Job summary

Centria Autism in Michigan is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism by implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA.

You will work one-on-one, use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills, and collaborate with a dedicated team. Training is provided, and the role offers a pathway to advanced credentials and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children following BCBA-directed plans.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Monitor progress and collaborate with the BCBA and team.
