Job summary

Centria Healthcare in Tucker, GA is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with kids, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA and using evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role requires patience, compassion, and teamwork. Training is provided, and you may lift up to 50 pounds as clients may move during sessions; the position offers pay

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test (if you haven't had one in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
