Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA's guidance to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; you should be patient, compassionate, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from $19–$20 per hour; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Comfortable standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid and TB test; background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to empower each child and family.
