Centria Autism in Buckeye, AZ is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training; the role requires compassion, patience, and teamwork. You may lift and move up to 50 pounds as part of daily activities. Pay range is $18–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid and TB test within last year or ability to obtain.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized intervention plans.
• Support BCBA in delivering evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
