Job summary

Centria Autism in Marlborough, MA is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children using individualized plans under a BCBA. The role focuses on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The position requires compassion, teamwork, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing. Training is provided; opportunities to grow in a dedicated behavioral analysis environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with day-to-day activities and carry out duties to support client safety and progress.
