Job summary

Constellation Health Services in Connecticut seeks a Behavioral Technician to provide ABA-based instruction in home, community, clinic and school settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement intervention plans, collect data, reinforce targeted skills, support parent training, and communicate progress to families and the care team, while ensuring child safety and program fidelity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university and one year of direct relevant experience.
• Or an associate’s degree (60 credits) with at least two years of direct relevant experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teach targeted behaviors using reward systems, incidental teaching and pivotal response training.
• Record and summarize data from training sessions.
• Provide parent training and communicate progress with families.
• Ensure child safety and follow behavior protocols.
