Job summary

University of Washington Autism Center in Seattle, WA is seeking a BCBA/Continuing Education Specialist 3 to provide clinical services to autistic individuals, design and implement ABA programs, and train staff in the center and community.

The position involves direct client work, supervision of BTs, weekly parent coaching, and coordination with the ABA LAUNCH Program. Requires BCBA/LBA licensure and 2–3 years of autism-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience with autism spectrum disorders; designing programs and collaborating with teachers and providers.
• Licensure/certification in BCBA/LBA preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Intake and assess clients.
