Job summary

Heartlinks ABA! is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home settings.

You will implement ABA therapies under supervision, collect data, and help kids build communication, social, and independence skills. The role offers flexible, part-time hours with afternoons and weekends; requires High school diploma, active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to homes for active sessions is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings.
• Collect data on targeted treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Share progress updates and strategies with families.
