Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from experienced BCBAs.

You will collect data on treatment goals, implement behavior plans under supervision, and support families with practical strategies and progress updates in a flexible schedule, mostly afternoons/evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel to home-based sessions.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends is preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
