All Aboard ABA LLC is seeking dedicated behavior therapists to provide evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism in home and community settings. You will work under supervision of BCBAs, implement individualized plans, and collect data to track progress.

Requirements include 18+, High School Diploma or GED, background checks, RBT training (or intent to obtain), and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Evening availability is preferred.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass background and abuse registry checks.
• First Aid/CPR certified or willing to obtain.
• Ability to provide negative TB test results.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Afternoon availability.
• Complete required RBT training (40 hours) and initial competency assessment.
• For non-RBT candidates, pass RBT exam within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data using Rethink Behavioral Health to monitor progress.
• Complete required clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate with BCBA about goals, progress, and concerns.
• Update parents and caregivers on client progress per BCBA guidance.
• Maintain professionalism, HIPAA compliance, and ethical standards.
• Use safe, positive behavioral support techniques and conditional procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings for clinical skills and ethics.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
