Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health is seeking RBTs to provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based program for children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, document progress in Central Reach, and support behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Respond to feedback and maintain/improve performance.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient.
