Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 in home or clinic settings, implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with the supervising BCBA. Flexible hours with a work‑life balance.

Travel up to 25% is required. RBT certification is required. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off and paid maternity leave.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Clear, effective English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation to commute between locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans per supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
