Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings. You will implement programs written by a supervising BCBA and help collect data to track progress.

We offer flexible hours, travel up to 25% and a supportive team environment designed to help you grow as a clinical therapist while contributing to meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written communication.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
