Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a Behavior Interventionist to deliver ABA services under a BCBA. You will supervise up to one Direct Intervention case and one Parent Consultation case in home or community settings, while developing programs and documenting progress.

Responsibilities include caregiver education, progress reports, and collaboration with BCBA and staff to implement evidence-based interventions. Requires a Master’s in ABA and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field; BCBA eligibility required.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior intervention services under supervision of a BCBA.
• Supervise up to 1 Direct Intervention case and 1 Parent Consultation case.
• Prepare progress notes, assessments, and program development.
• Train and support Behavior Interventionists; maintain documentation and reports.
