Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a Behavior Interventionist to provide supervised ABA-based intervention in home, community, and natural settings. You will work under a BCBA, implement treatment plans, and support families with skills training and data collection.

Responsibilities include developing activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring accurate documentation. A Master’s in ABA and CPR certification are required, with 1+ year of ABA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or closely related field is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience applying ABA in educational/home settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under BCBA supervision, provide program management and specialized intervention.
• Develop and deliver intervention activities and educate caregivers per treatment plan.
• Complete documentation including progress notes, assessments, and exit summaries.
