Job summary

Arizona Autism Charter Schools, Inc. is seeking a Campus Behavior Response Team member for the Mesa East Valley Campus.

Under supervision of the on-site ABA Practices Director, you will support classroom staff in applying ABA strategies to help students meet IEP goals and manage escalated behavior while maintaining instructional momentum. Responsibilities include training staff, implementing behavior plans, data collection, and ensuring adherence to AZACS policies.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required, or meet Level I ABA Manager requirements without the required credits.
• Experience in autism education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is valued.
• Ability to work under supervision from the ABA Manager and follow planned behavior strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior response support for escalated behaviors and help staff continue instruction.
• Collaborate with the cohort behavioral team to implement and monitor behavior plans.
• Train and implement behavior strategies as directed by the ABA Manager.
• Mentor classroom support staff working with students with disabilities.
• Provide QBS training for campus staff and instructors.
• Support PEAK implementation in the classroom.
• Assist students with classroom routines, transitions, and self-care tasks.
• Collect data on behavior and academics as directed.
• Obtain and maintain QBS Certification as trainer for the campus.
