Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and provide proof during the hiring process.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work with young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Assist children during play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain an active, engaging demeanor throughout therapy sessions.
• Keep therapy areas clean, organized and safe.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth and success.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work to understand the role.
