Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Minnesota is seeking friendly teammates to work 1-on-1 with children under 6 who have autism. You will help them develop communication, independence, play, and social connections through play and ABA-based activities.

No ABA experience? Not a problem. We’ll teach you the rest. We offer a regular Mon–Fri schedule 7:30am–4:30pm with the occasional Saturday, and a path to RBT certification with a scholarship up to $10,000 to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Reliability and strong follow through.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on tough days.

Responsibilities

• Use play, connection, and ABA Therapy to help children learn and grow.
• Celebrate and document progress, big and small.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.
• Get a pay raise in your first 45 days by getting your RBT Certification (nationally recognized!).
