Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking caring individuals to work 1-on-1 with young children diagnosed with autism. No ABA experience is required as we provide training, and you will have opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive team.

You’ll build skills in communication, independence, play, and social connection through play-based ABA techniques. The role offers a daytime schedule, benefits, and a path to RBT certification after a short onboarding period.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and grow with coaching.
• Reliability and strong follow-through in daily tasks.
• Resilience and compassion for children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with children under 6 who have autism to build communication, independence, play, and social connection.
• Use play, connection, and ABA Therapy techniques to help children learn and grow.
• Celebrate and document progress, both big and small, in a safe, positive environment.
• Aim to obtain RBT Certification within 45 days to unlock a pay raise.
