Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Minnesota is seeking a caring teammate to work 1-on-1 with children under 6 who have autism, helping them develop communication, play and social skills.

No ABA experience is required—we’ll teach you. You’ll be guided, coached, and supported as you grow, with a pathway to BCBA through a funded scholarship and a pay raise after 45 days once you obtain the RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Reliability and strong follow-through.
• Compassion and resilience, especially with young children.
• Physical readiness for activities with children up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 play-based ABA support for children under 6.
• Facilitate communication, independence, play, and social skills.
• Document progress and celebrate small and big wins.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child.
